Is winning everything? In the Mix explores the different aspects of competition and takes a look at how some teens handle the stress of competing and losing. We meet an Olympic skier and a high school ski team, a string quartet preparing for a performance and teens going through dance auditions. We also follow a championship high school basketball team and their coach through a game.
