What if I want to order from different distributors on your site, can I place one order?
As you peruse our site you'll see that to order certain films, you will be directed
to the distributors web site to place your order. For some titles, you will remain
on Transit Media's web site and order through our secure shopping cart.
How much do shipping & handling charges vary by distributor?
The charges will be clearly stated on the web site order form.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery normally takes 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed. Rush shipping options (at additional cost) is available on each web site.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, most of fhe web sites are set up to automatically email you a confirmation of
your order. If you do not receive one please request one at info@transitmedia.net or 800-343-5540.
Can I ask distributors to list their titles on this site?
Yes, this web site is continually evolving and growing. If you frequently order from a distributor and do not find their titles listed here, please email us at info@transitmedia.net and we will contact them directly. You can also feel free to refer distributors to our web site to be listed.
What will the charge on my credit card read?
The charge on your credit card will read TRANSIT MEDIA. If you order from numerous distributors you may see a number of charges on your credit card, though we will try to consolidate whenever possible.
How can I track the status of my order?

time to track your order. Our friendly, knowledgeable customer service representatives
will be happy to assist you.
Can I preview titles?
Yes, most distributors offer purchase on approval options. To order on approval do
not prepay the order, place the order on line with a valid purchase order number
and mark 'on approval' in the comments section of the order form. We will send the
title to you with an invoice for the full amount. If you'd like to purchase, just
keep the title and pay the invoice. If, within 10 days, you decide you would not
like to purchase, you can return the title and the invoice with a note. You will
then receive an invoice for the preview charge, normally around $20.
Can I rent titles?
Most distributors offer rental options. Rentals are for a one-time classroom showing and must be returned afterwards. You will find rental pricing on the distributors web site.
Can I get a discount if I order more than one title?
Many distributors offer discounts if you order more than one title. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer discounts on orders from multiple distributors.
